Privacy policy

Gonana Farms collects account information (name, email, farm profile), verification documents for KYC review, and usage analytics to operate the marketplace. KYC identifiers such as NIN and BVN are encrypted at rest and visible only to authorized Gonana admins during verification review.

Marketplace photos and listing data may be shown publicly. Verification files are never served from public URLs. Order and wallet addresses used for escrow are stored to reconcile on-chain payments.
